Pearl Global Limited (Pearl or the Company) (ASX: PG1) advises that it has issued 16,666,667 fully paid ordinary shares at 9 cents each to raise $1.5 million, with the approval of shareholders, in the second tranche of the Placement announced on 3 November 2020.
