Significant movement in the last couple of days... Somebody is buying. Though it is mostly crickets in here for this unexciting stock. I have a disproportionate amount of my portfolio in RIC, so my increase attention is biased.
For what its worth. My feeling is RIC should be priced closer to 14-16PE. If you take into account Twiggy's interest then it even up from there. But like I said my opinions are likely driven by hope and bias.
