The substantial holder CS has 5.3% - so they bought in big time and now hold some $16million worth of shares
some 4 million of those shares or approx $12 million are subject to a lending agreement - does this mean they’re’ borrowing money at 2% to buy into BD1 or is it an option eg they purchase an insurance policy which means if their long investment currently worth $16mil drops they can still sell $12 mil @ current prices. The seller of the option must be pretty confident either they want the shares either way and / or they don’t think it’s dropping,
long story short they are cleverer than me but we have one thing in common - BD1 , and they like it to the tune of $16mil
