I think this happened to ZIP's CR with instos like Blackrock becoming subs holder then a week later another announcement "ceasing to be a substantial holder" what the heck is that..regardless ZIp share price is powering on. IOU will be hitting $1 being the strike price there is incentives for the oppies recipient for price to rise say to $2 so they could pocket the $1 windfall, its all about profit i think. Go go IOU !!!!!
