The closer we get to production the better chance of a T/O occurs. in fact having an insto on board sends the following message to companies waiting in the lurks.
Don't expect us to run out of funds and make a low ball offer, we have fresh money in town and we have the ability to raise further capital if needed or obtain the finance for production. Give us your best offer or someone else will!!
