Yes , looks positive with another major holder coming on board this week , the third since ACCC commenced action mid December last year , and I would expect they have all done considerably more due diligence than the average share buyer .
The company has changed in many ways , as has the shopping / franchise scene , since ACCC started its investigation over two and a half years ago , in fact almost everything has , as we now know .
No point trying to guess the outcome as we don’t know RFG ‘s response , but hard to see anything draconian happening . imho.
