I have probably said this before but do yourselves a favour if you have trouble sleeping.
I take the Kava capsules every now and then to get a good nights sleep.
Sleep for me is never consistent. Lacked a lot of sleep last week so took 2 capsules half an hour before bed last night slept for over 11 hours. No effects next day apart from finally feeling refreshed.
Very rare.
This is the best product for sleep deprivation I have ever tried.
So let's see the sp move up this week !
