Is astute moneyman Andrew Kroger a buyer of CTE shares...or a seller?
Right now, he controls 40% of the capital. He had the option of building beyond 50% when second-ranking shareholder Cell Care decided to sell. But he chose not to.
He has another option - to faciliate a takeover by selling his stake to private equity or other acquisitive interests.
If he was to do that, I'd suggest he'd be wanting at least a $1 per share.
Clearly, Cryosite is emerging as a pivotal clinical trials and cold chain logistics player. It has intriguing prospects.
