She doesn't really, in the prospectus ECS was bought with 287 500 000 shares, so Alex has distributed these to the team (like Guy Banducci, who got 74 million shares), himself, and others, in his name there is still 90 548 668 shares, but he will also be getting an extra 43 750 000 million shares in performance rights, so will be back on paper over Nan as well.
Basically Nan owns approx 12% of the company and Alex around 15%
