This is exactly what I expected and has been mentioned in one way or another by myself and other posters. Retail investors have been played for months to accumulate a substantial holding by yet another institutional investor. Just check the next presentation to see how much more retail holding has been grabbed.
This is a good sign and bodes well for future price action.
