@Voiceover thanks for that. I am amazed about that buying in and out. I wondered whether they knew something we didn't. It just seems too small a company and too illiquid a stock for them to buy and sell. At first I though perhaps they were expecting a capital raising and were trying to position themselves to be there to underwrite it or pick up some discounted shares.

The fact they increased their shareholding after the announcements doesn't support that. I can't see the trigger to sell unless someone made the purchase and then was overruled and had to reverse it.

The short answer is I don't understand. I think this is a stock that we as small investors can research better than the institutions at the moment. I will have to spend some more time
on it.
