c) the 2 main divisions are EBITDA positive; operating cashflow turn positive 2021 1H - both for the first time.
d) the financial position is sound (unless (a) doesn't happen or (c) turns negative)
e) Management lowered expectations: 2H results will be subdued
f) Sentiment is trash coming out of 2020's annus horribilus. Analysts have suspended coverage.
g) Company has inherent strengths.
h) ASIC and class action lawyers eyes are all over the company.
i) A harshly chastised board and a shaken billionaire family injecting $200m; no room for recklessness & mischief


I say this sound like a stock with a great upside.
