Three parties control one third of the register. Bill and associates 5.58% plus inner circle (Max / Tony K / Stralow / Tonkin) will make it almost 9%. MIN 19.5% and Regent 6%. Directors have yet to exercise 10c options, plus placement and entitlement offer - register is going to be even tighter. Big money's gotta pay up soon hopefully with a $ sign in front. This has been a dream for such a long long time. Fast becoming a reality.
