    When Vanguard became substantial holder for SSM then also people said exactly same word as you mentioned and price went up next day or so to around $1.75 + but within 3 month price went to $1.1 ... lol

    Vanguard issued Change in substantial holding to go below 5%... lol

    all retail investors crying out big time and pumper who said " vanguard don't through money if they don't believe in company future" ... run away.... lol
