    Somewhat interesting. Those would have to be the SCM Arie shares. There hasn’t been enough volume on market traded?

    However it looks like the group went on a spree in late April, these are all the disclosures I could find for them.


    NET > 9%

    GLL > 9%

    9SP 8.7% > to 4.31%

    HE8 > 5.18%

    TTT 8.38% > 9.67%

    ODA 9.15% > 5.9%

    TER 5.09% > 11.35%

    ELS > 8.69%

    TNK > 19.23%

    A4N > 5.38%

    Hpi > 6.19%

    Due to the SSI software and clients, would NET be classified as a ‘National Security Business’ triggering the FIRB process for 10%+ ownership?
