Mithra has 229 staff . 78% of Mithra has Master’s or PhD. Mayne has 800-1000 staff. They have only ever gotten fda approval for Tolsura. THAT is IT !!!!!! CEO is a glorified sales representative!!! Mithra shareholders thought they got a bargain 9.6% at 51 c. Thinking stock would be $1 plus now. So their sp has dropped accordingly. Their CEO is in lockup. He and Mayne CEO negotiated the entire deal between us . It just makes me wonder ??? How good is this deal really???
