You should be aware that fidelity have been a shareholder for some time in lynas
as of October last year they held A 1% position in their Australian opportunities fund .this was an active weight above the index
lynas makes up about 0.3% of the asx200
the recent addition by fidelity across all their funds has taken them back above the 5% disclosure rules
yes they have Been buyers but they have also owned lynas for some time
I don’t believe they are active stock lenders but I may be incorrect here
