    They aren't the slightest bit concerned about short term swings, especially ones caused by nervy retail hysteria.
    Delphi can see the bigger bigger, as should everyone. The facts and figures are all in the public domain.
    The only thing that has changed is that VRX are now nearer to the end goal and attracting interest fro the posh end of town.
