Essentially Mercury has a call option(expiry 28/6/21) over 19.9% of EP1 at 62c +$500k,essentially taking out 360 Capital's interest. I am heartened by Mercury's track record in finding value and I hope this holds true here; they could also be complimentary to the existing EP1 business.
EP1 has been a poor performer for me but things change.Sub 60c I will add.
