Hi Pick, I think you have picked up the sentiment well... totay's announcement "Ep1 welcomes new shareholder". There did not exactly roll out the red carpet for 360, though I suspect the partnership with Mercury is more chummy.
I don't follow Mercury, but PE usually don't take minority stakes. And might also push to de-list this. Would not be surprised if their was further buying (to >50%).
Nice gain for 360 capital on the stake from Alan Dixon.... (posted on the other thread).
