The stockbroker would be furious. How can the stockbroker have been so stupid? The new buyer will need to sack the CEO immediately. You can only do better. Unless there is some typo it is hard to believe he pays himself $700,000. Maybe that is the strategy? Sack the CEO and get someone in that knows what they are doing.
