According to my old calculator if the Consideration paid was $6,898,494 then the price is 2.5 cents. Did I miss something?
At 2.0 cents the Consideration would be about $5,469,000.
I note that the numbers don't actually add up. The table at the bottom of page 2 adds up to 275,933,242 securities. Expect a correction next week.
