Teoh taking the company private was a comment I read when he stepped down from TPG earlier this year. It would be interesting if the recent rapid rise in the SP is linked to he and his wife buying up a lot of stock. All the same there is a lot of stock that isn't in their hands, even if you were to add the SOL share to those holdings in case of an agreed buyout or consortium there. It won't be easy to get to the required 90% mark. I want to be along for the ride long term, particularly if Teoh sees financial merit in taking the company private. We didn't quite manage to get to $1, but hopefully that isn't too far off.
