Good Morning Croc,
What happens if WKT cannot convert the MoU into binding offtake agreements that are required by the Tanzania Bank?
IMO, WKT could have secured Binding offtake agreement like other graphite projects have, if they completed a bulk sample and had the ore processed through a commercial production facility. As you keep telling us WKT has fast tracked to project and skipped steps these critical steps to obtain binding offtake agreements.
We all know Wogan has no obligation to buy more than 10,000tpa and the agreement will be Nil and Void if WKT cannot achieve the graphite specifications as per the contract, TGC and Flake size.
One has to question why WKT didn't complete a bulk sample of the Fresh mineralisation.
Looking forward to WKT signing the EPC contract next week. I am keen to see if the CAPEX has remained the same during a bull run in steel prices.
