Hi Natos,
The underwriters offered $3.64mil = 18.2 mil shares. We know the full underwriting wasn't required, only 18.02 mil. (approximately 200k less)
What I find interesting,
The Entitlement document suggested Mike Total holding would be 23,730,000.
We know that Mike purchased 100k shares on market which means his holding should have been 23,830,000. less the 200k short fall that wasn't requried,
How has Mike end up with only 22,202,908?
Seems odd that his holding is around ~1.5mil shares short ($300k ) when WKT needed nearly the full underwriting ($35.4k wasn't requried)
