Interesting position. Captain Carpark may scare off other investors, but by other investors selling, they effectively give back control to Captain Carpark. My thesis is that the GC1 directors will have enough control to ward off any unscrupulous acts, and certainly will not cede more control. Hoping that we see some more accumulation from GC1.
