Gaz, Welcome back, your enthusiasm remains unbridled but unchecked. It is great news that someone has bought in that may be able to influence this moribund operation. The bottom line however, is not the utility of the mineral but rather that it needs work to complete and ( wait for it) implement an MMP. The work completed on this relatively simple task is lacking. In fact it is an absolute disgrace that it hasn't been completed. Shareholder value may not have been diluted but it has been shamelessly eroded by a debt to pay years of salary accrued while not demonstrating delivery of any progress whatsoever.
