By way of update, Carsome continues to progress its due diligence in accordance with the Process Deed. Carsome
and Catcha have separately advised iCar that they now intend to complete the transfer of the fully paid ordinary
shares from Catcha to Carsome under the Sale Agreement (as defined in the iCar ASX announcement dated 13 July
2021) on 31 August 2021 or such other date that may be agreed between the parties.
