With the rumour mill is flat chat with speculation of a possible TO, I find it interesting this substantial holder notice is produced now. The question will be, how many more substantial holder notices will be forth coming in the near term?
Perhaps the smart money is in VMY, any suitor could be forced to show their hand sooner than anticipated, if there's a flurry of substantial holder notices. There's 30.27% owned by 4 investors, be interesting to see the other larger holders actual percentages.
