Regal Funds sold completely out earlier this year and have bought back in to now own just shy of 10% of the entire company.

Regal get a good rap as smart investors from some other professional analysts out there, but they chop and change their holdings a bit too much for my liking.

I see this one as a positive purely because they must be planning long or for some decent short upside. To own 30m shares at these prices they cant get out without crashing the entire SP and ending up with a huge loss. They will need to hold.

This could further fuel rumours of ASX:ABB Aussie Broadband and their hunt for aquisitions. They would need to hunt smaller players on the ASX and the only two targets i can see them hunting that they could pay 100% cash for would be VN8 or ST1. I want both but currently hold VN8 only.
