I don't see any reason for PENN to sell unless they needed cash. I also don't really see any need for a near term takeover either, they could comfortably sit on their investment until:
1. they think someone else is sniffing out PBH
2. they find something better than PBH to buy
3. they buy PBH
4. they need cash
