if they want to increase the offer or keep it open then im sure they will try to drop the price. so im expecting them to say something like "the offer has now lapsed, the company is in such a bad place we are glad we didnt get it, we dont have any plans to do another offer (and a bonus saying they might offload their shares)"
then they will do a new offer once we are at 2c
