my 2 cents is it is, or is linked with Africa Great Wall mining (Chang cheng is Great Wall). which is a subsidiary of Jinan YuXiao group. assuming director Wu YuXiao is the person behind Jinan YuXiao group (not a great leap in my view). some interesting reports on their mineral sands mining in Africa....
