Silvercorp now owns about 5%+ of CHZ.
Do you think it is likely that, close to 4pm on many trading days, Silvercorp has dumped large numbers of shares into the Buy orders- to wipe out a Line or two of Buyers?
This would lower the SP, causing more owners to want to sell/activating Stop Losses etc for TA traders. Silvercorp, therefore, can buy many more CHZ shares, at much cheaper prices.
