Amigo, where you are getting this information about takeover law - maybe from Agent 86? I always thought that you need to hold at least 51% of a company in order to take it over? The 20% rule is to make a public announcement in order to prevent behind the scene "creeping" of shares, isn't it? Let's see what happens, because I agree with @Rotichan it is a major development. It shows that this little Aussie battler is now on the radar of big brothers who will help develop the compnay from an explorer to a miner and a producer of high quality critical metals?
