So the rights went ex today and now we are in the five day VWAP period to ascertain the exercise price of our free options.
According to the prospectus, the options have " ...
an exercise price of the greater of the 5 dayVWAP at the Issue Date and $0.25."
The issue date of the options is 29th of March.
The Loyalty Options will be exercisable before 5:00pm (WST) onthe date that is one (1) year after the Issue Date ... 29th March 2023.
I wouldn't expect any assay results before next Tuesday so that would mean we have an exercise price of 25c. A mind blowing assay result(s) would see a higher exercise price.
