Well, TBH, I think the business is successful. Went up from under $1M revenue 2-3 years ago to now over $25M. They are cashflow positive, have no debt, expanding customer base worldwide, etc....There's just a lot of negative sentiment (or no sentiment at all!) around the company unfortunately. But I do agree that a business letter alone won't attract new share holders.
