TIE and LTR are both run by excellent teams and have great ambitions and will raise debt and equity as required and these raisings might need to be done at a discount to current market. You could have bought shares in both these companies at a fraction of their current share price during the past 4 years or so. It all depends if you are a serious investor or just trying to trade for a few points.
