The headwinds they face is that tradies (electrical mostly in this case) are in shortage for multitude of projects and if they've signed possibly fixed price contracts which could kill them. To only have 13.8 mil NPAT from 500mil is telling with what an only 3 percent profit margin which they could get burned even if they have contracts with sub contractors, what happens if sub contractor staff don't show up for what they are offering.
