Wasn't aware of Deswik, very helpful transaction comp - thanks for sharing.
My guess is RUL will also eventually be acquired by a behemoth, but not for at least another 2 years until the low-hanging fruit has been picked (completion of transition from on-premise / license, to SaaS).
