Why would KKR's acquisition of part of CFS lead to them having to declare a 5% interest in SIQ? CFS still own the same number of shares in SIQ now, if any, as they would have done before KKR's purchase. It still strikes me that KKR have taken a small interest in SIQ, and that that might lead to another tilt down the line. Happy for someone who understand more about how this all works that I do to set me straight.
