The only reason they are doing this is to make a low-ball takeover offer. And if successful, is this really the sort of criminal conduct we want from an incoming BoD? Not sure that they would even pass the requirement that a director must be of good character given the trading history in this morning's release. I think I'll stick with the current BoD who have done such a brilliant job and have my trust.
