Personally, I think KCN will drop another 10% over the next week or so, and then stabilise around the 150 mark. Where it goes from there will depend on (a) what gold price does, and (b) the placement price for the CR (Company may need to offer a discount of 15-20% to get new money on board).
In any case, this is a good entry point for anyone with a longer term investment horizon and is bullish on gold into H2.
