@Kernville, its actually not a good sign.... its incredible. Having been in this stock so long I was blown away when i saw that announcement a couple of days ago, its almost like that lightbulb moment when you say "oh maybe this is going to really happen this time"
And then as per @Abzy 's post above., only 2% of the area has been drilled for REE, imagine if say 20% or 30% or even more came back as a mineralised zone....
