General44, one of my favourite sayings is “damn this non-telepathy”, when for obvious reasons someone doesn’t quite follow my train of thought…well this isn’t the case here, it’s like you read my mind. You mentioned how embarrassing it is that the market manipulation can be so contemptuous and flagrant, yet so easily be done for less than the cost of a house. Try a holiday house in Werribee (next to the sewerage works)…. I seriously think ACA now actually has a useful function, as clearly the people who should be doing the job aren’t. A bit like walking your dog in a National Park, it’s illegal. The only difference is that National Parks and Wildlife will actually do something if you report to them and provide them the evidence to prosecute offenders…
