Hotcongo, I think you are incorrect. Sure the price is down but it won't be for long, and they know it. What they are doing is accumulating. The share price should be above $2 and if they started to buy properly tomorrow and the coming days up to $2 they will effectively get another few million shares all below $2 and not above it. if their tack was different we could be at $2.5 - $3
