It is long becuase it not BofA but shares held by them as custodians of various ETF, Managed Funds and Superfunds nominees.
That is why you see buy and sell numbers that are few hundred to ten thousands.
For example if anyone bought 1000 Z1P shares via members direct in AustralianSuper and bought... it will be part of that BofA list, and later they sold it will also be listed.
BofA has zero say, it is likely they are at cusp of signficant threshold, so they will announce they not, than they are etc at the whim of how retail buyers ETF, Managed Funds Super etc
