They used to be Colonial First State Investor, a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank, however in 2019 a significant portion of it was also sold to Mitsubishi group. I'd therefore expect that there might be some tie-up between Gina's companies and Mitsubishi group, and possibly POSCO and Mitsubishi, bearing in mind that Mitsubishi Korea (South Korea) is also a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mitsubishi group. I'd therefore expect First Sentier to vote for the scheme and takeover at $4.60.
