Where is the mention of the group of substantial sellers who gave birth to this substantial holder. Where will he come from particularly when SP has not risen ? Think about it. No one chased SP higher to grab hold of those ever cheaper shares.
Many substantial seller created their own substantial holder. Who will join the previous substantial sellers and go onto create the next substantial holder by themselves becoming substantial sellers. It goes on and on and on.
In the whole exercise SP goes from 20c to 15c then 15c to 10c the 10c to 5c on and on and on. Always ensuring a cascade is created for the SP to keep hitting lower.
They can always announce substantial holder without having to mention about substantial sellers.
Trap, do not get stuck. Let them eat their own "STOCK"
