I tend to agree with you though I regard Regal and CS names appearing on any register as a bad sign for my holdings as a rule. Hard to see how they could make that much from a low base and no ones going to short at these levels. But I suspect they will short once the price rises and I think newsflow will drive the SP up over the next 6 months. However, at the end of the day they have bank rolled the building purchase and a step forward so perhaps they do see something in this as a positive for the future of the Company. They clearly came to the party, so not all bad.
